Refund policy

 Art Sparrow Return/Replacement Policy:

For any returns or replacement, the customer needs to raise a return request on either helpdesk@artsparrow.in or WhatsApp us on 9913111083.

Art Sparrow team may respond within 24 Hours after receiving the customer complaint on above mentioned communication channels.

Our Product return policy is designed with a customer centric approach and we try to solve grievances in an efficient manner, we proceed with Product replacements in below mentioned terms:

Customer is eligible for the return policy after receiving the product and applicable in following conditions:

Customer receives a wrong product that is not matching with the selected product from the Art Sparrow website.

If the customer finds any major manufacturing or quality related defect in the ordered product. Kindly understand that minor deviations may appear in case of colour grading as it is a piece of Art and this will not be considered as major defect or any major quality issue.

If the customer receives the purchased product in damaged condition.

Customer needs to contact Art Sparrow Team within 48 hours after receiving the product. Art Sparrow considers the delivery date communicated by our logistics partners as the product receiving date by the customer. 

Art Sparrow Requirements for addressing the Product return/replacement issues:

For any complaints regarding wrong or defective or broken product, Art Sparrow team need pictures & a complete unboxing video within the first 48 hours of the product being delivered on either helpdesk@artsparrow.in or WhatsApp us on 9913111083 so as to confirm the same.

Once the images & videos are verified by Art Sparrow team, we will credit the respective Art Sparrow points in the customer’s wallet for further purchases.  

Requirements for receiving back the product in question to Art Sparrow Warehouse:

The customer needs to return the product in the original packaging and repack the product carefully in the same.

Product must be returned with the original packaging that was sent to the customer including the Art Sparrow tags, barcodes, shipping label, and invoice.

We do not accept return/exchange claims in case the customer fails to preserve and re-pack the product in its original packaging and also fails to provide Art Sparrow tags, barcodes, shipping label, and invoice.

The product should be in its original condition and not used.

Note: The customer needs to share re-packing videos and images with the team on WhatsApp/mail.

Note: Once the re-packing is verified and approved by our team, return pick-up will be arranged.

You will be asked to print 3 documents to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup

 

Procedure After the customer fulfils the Product return requirements by Art Sparrow:

Art Sparrow will schedule a return pick-up for the product purchased.

It usually takes about 2 to 3 working days for organising a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at Art Sparrow Warehouse.

Once the Product is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the returned product and the refund process will commence within 48 hours after quality clearance.

If the product fails the quality inspection or is received in damaged condition, no refund will be processed.

If the product passes the quality inspection, Refund process will be initiated as per below timelines:

Art Sparrow Refund policy timeline:  

After the refund has been initiated by Art Sparrow as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:

Gift Card - Fastest way of refund, Gift Card will be provided to the customer with unlimited validity for the next purchase once all the prerequisites are checked by Art Sparrow Team. The Gift Card will carry similar monetary value as the returned product.

Bank account refund – In case of pre-Paid orders, once the Art Sparrow team receives back the product in question and approves the refund procedure, the refund amount will be reflected in the customer’s Bank account in 7-9 working days. In case of any refund discrepancies; Art Sparrow may at its sole discretion, may request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

Art Sparrow Order Cancellation Policy:

Before Dispatching any product, Art Sparrow team will contact you for order confirmation. Order confirmation call will take place within 24 hours of placing the order.

In case of Cash on delivery:

If the order is cancelled after confirming the Art Sparrow team and before dispatching the product, the order will be cancelled and no charges will be levied in COD scenario.

In case of Pre-Paid Orders:

In case of Prepaid orders, If the order is cancelled by the customer after order confirmation given to Art Sparrow team but before the product being shipped, we will refund the complete order amount excluding payment gateway charges.

In case of Prepaid orders, If the order is cancelled by the customer after order confirmation given to Art Sparrow team and the product has been already shipped, we will refund the complete order amount excluding payment gateway charges of % and deducting the product delivery charges levied by logistics partner to Art Sparrow.
