Art Sparrow Team will contact the customer before dispatching the product. The product will only be dispatched once the placed order is confirmed by the customer over the call.

We provide free shipping and we ship through trusted and reputed courier partners for orders across India.

The products are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.

The process of receiving the parcel by the customer will generally take around 7-10 days from the date of ordering. This timeline may stretch considering specific unavoidable conditions and force majeure conditions.

Post shipping, the details of the tracking number and information of the courier/logistics partner will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp number.
